Court settlement between Niharika and Shivraj

Niharika Rajput, who came into the limelight as a unmarried mother, entered into an agreement with accused Shivraj Shrestha. She has entered into a settlement in accordance with section 193 (4) of the Civil Procedure Code 2074 under the guidance of District Judge Brajesh Pyakurel.

According to the agreement, Shrestha has accepted Niharika as his wife. She filed a property division case in the district court and said that they have decided to live as husband and wife.
