The Tribhuvan University Student Struggle Committee has handed over a memorandum to the Vice-Chancellor and Dean demanding immediate revocation of the decision of Tribhuvan University to deprive the children of poor people from higher education by increasing the fee of MPhil first semester to Rs 80,000. They have also warned to start a strong agitation from Sunday if the demand is not met.
